Recently, under the severe situation of the coronavirus pandemic worldwide, Shanghai Huadu Architecture & Urban Design Co., Ltd., as a responsible enterprise, has made every effort to help enterprises and families in Bangladesh, one of the host countries of its overseas projects, to fight the pandemic. HDD has donated medical supplies and supporting goods to its Bangladesh company branch, project partners, as well as low-income families in Bangladesh. These medical supplies include face masks, protective suits, safety goggles and thermometers; and the supporting goods include rice, oil, vegetables and so forth. This donation programme has been widely praised by Bangladeshi enterprises and people.

As the poem goes, ‘great distance cannot separate us, we all live in a united world.’ Through the donation programme, HDD hopes to express its support to people in Bangladesh, and its commitment to fight this pandemic together with its Bangladesh branch and partners. Together, we will get through this. In the upcoming weeks, HDD will engage in follow-up plans of the donation, and within its capacity, increase support for Bangladesh, maintain local public health, ensure smooth workflow of the projects, and protect the life and safety of local residents.
