On April 19, the capping ceremony was successfully held for No.8 Office Building of Longhu Financial Island in Zhengzhou, designed by Huadu Design (HDD). As an important part of Longhu Financial Island, the successful capping of No.8 Office Building laid a foundation for the smooth completion of the whole project.

Longhu Financial Island, a sub-center of CBD where the No. 8 Office Building is located, is located in the middle of Longhu area of Zhengdong New District, and is a new area centered on finance, office, commerce and tourism. It is the "finishing touch" of the urban planning and construction of Zhengdong New District. The overall design of Longhu Financial Island in Zhengzhou consists of 44 landmark buildings, forming inner and outer rings. The outer ring is surrounded by high-rise buildings with a height permitted of 100m, integrating business, finance, office and hotel functions.

The No.8 Office Building of Longhu Financial Island in Zhengzhou is a financial office building composed of financial enterprise office and commercial supporting functions. The project covers a site area of 9,686.87m2 and a total building area of 96,709.27m2, with 22 floors above the ground, four floors of podiums and four floors underground, with an overall height of 100m. The architecture strives to achieve the unity of integrity and characteristics in the overall design of Longhu Financial Island in Zhengzhou, embodying the concept of water while highlighting its elegance. The building expresses the overall simplicity and dynamic rhythm in the architectural language of vertical lines and rhythms.
