The 12 above-ground floors are designed as first-rate 5A-level office buildings, while the 2 underground floors serve as a parking garage. The design philosophy features "Four-dimension of Time and Space, inherent with the essence of the ages", symbolizing the crossing of time and space, and the progress of the era. The project adopts a layout featuring one square encircled by a bigger square, with vertical lines in shades of creamy white on the building facade, combined with high-transparency glass, creating a clean and contemporary aesthetic.

Rhythm of a Thousand Castles - Zhengzhou Luxembourg Visa Center. It covers a land area of 13,218 square meters and has a construction area of 59,650 square meters. The "Nine-square pattern, the country of a thousand castles" design philosophy represents the integration of Chinese and Western cultures. The architectural form is arranged in a scattered manner according to the nine-square pattern, with "diamond-shaped" viewing platforms interspersed in the middle. The facade features horizontal lines in off-white, gradually narrowing upwards, creating the charm of the "country of a thousand castles" in Luxembourg Center.
