The project is designed and inspired from “Sudoku”, with three buildings distributed rhythmically. There is a landscape garden in the center, surrounding with buildings. The main entrance is located in the north of Shuntian Road, while automobiles enter and exit along with Jiandu Road.

The north part of the project is for living, designed with two residential apartments. The south part is for industry, composing of a headquarter office and hotel. The R&D building with podium building for hotel lies in the northeast of the area. Additionally, there is an underground parking and equipment garage in the basement area.

The out-looking of buildings is elegant and simple with vertical lines. The roofs are inspired with Chinese characters, showing the dominant position as a landmark. The outer walls are made from grey granites, presenting tall and straight.
