Main tasks
To develop and lead a team of
consultants and researchers.
Perform delivery of executive search
assignments whether developed alone or by other colleagues in the firm.
Monitor, guide and coach the team in
executing multiple assignments at the same time.
Planning and allocating resources to
achieve commonly agreed targets.
Key account management.
Interact with both clients and
candidates from a variety of industries.
Experience
university degree
Chinese & English language
skills
Previous experience from executive
search or other consulting business is preferred.
Experience from international
company environment is a significant benefit.
