The project is located in the research, office and production base of the Xinjiang Oilfield Company in Karamay. Bordering Minsheng Road to the north, Baoshi Road to the east, Yingbin Road to the south, and Century Avenue to the west, the building is 31.5 meters high, with seven floors above ground and one underground.

The overall layout of the project pays special design attention to its context, shaping a large central square together with the surrounding building volumes, and creating a coherent landscape axis. The massing of the building is simplified to provide comfortable, open office spaces that are mostly oriented toward the central green space. The language of its façade is mainly composed of light grey stone curtain wall, interspersed with glass curtain wall and vertical stone louvres.
