The project is located midway along the administrative landscape axis in the southern new district of Zouping City, Shandong Province. Using a simple and cohesive design language, the modern and open architectural form creates a vibrant public service space . The building façade is divided into two sections by a recessed glass curtain wall. The lower section conveys a sense of stability through the regular arrangement of stone and glass, while the upper section, with its extensive glass curtain wall, highlights the building's simplicity. Additionally, the façade incorporates energy-efficient materials, combined with the interior green spaces, reflecting the project's ecological sustainability and energy efficiency.
