The TCB Condominium Apartment Complex covers a total site area of approximately 11,141.70 sqm. It is envisioned as a vibrant mixed-use community tailored for TCB employees and their families while integrating public services for the wider city. Drawing upon TCB's pivotal role in Bangladesh’s urban development, the design translates the "Butterfly Effect" into a core spatial concept—"The Ripple of a Butterfly".

Embodying the silhouette of a butterfly, the project’s central plaza radiates outward from the heart of the community. It seamlessly connects the community living room, mosque, retail spaces, convention/dining hall, gymnasium, and all-age activity zones, establishing a continuous interface between private living and public interaction.

Spanning approximately 45m × 36m, the central garden adopts the butterfly motif as its geometric prototype. Serving as the community’s green core, it radiates outward to organize a comprehensive network of public amenities, including an all-age activity island, a 60m jogging track, a basketball court, a skate park, a children’s playground, a tranquil senior garden, an adult fitness area, all-weather covered walkways, and stilt floors. Through this layout, "The Ripple of a Butterfly" ripples outward from the garden to touch every residence and every daily scene.
