Positioned as a benchmark resort destination crafted with a global vision, the VELORA INANI Hotel is centered around the core themes of "coastal immersion, family-friendly experiences, and leisure entertainment." The design team deeply roots its approach in local ecology, regional culture, and traditional craftsmanship, taking "Chasing the Wind" as its conceptual origin. Through streamlined, undulating architectural forms that harmonize with the coastal landscape, the design perfectly captures the unique genius loci (spirit of the place) of the site.

In terms of spatial strategy and massing articulation, the design team skillfully elevates the second-floor podium into a new "ground plane," creating a vibrant social hub centered around an immersive pool paradise while capturing optimal sea views. Simultaneously, the ground level is liberated to form a continuous, permeable, and highly open public interface. The hotel's functional layout is neatly structured from top to bottom: a rooftop sky garden, dynamic guestroom levels featuring diverse room types (A through E), all-day dining and panoramic outdoor F&B venues, the vibrant pool deck, and a ground-floor arrival lobby, seaside café, reception, and executive spaces.
