The project is located in the central area of Yangzhou new town, the construction area of 300000 square meters, the core of the New District of Yangzhou. The project aims to create a new urban center with two points, in order to promote the overall development and construction, boosting urban development promotion, the formation of external effects, fast gathering popularity, drive around the real estate development and environmental improvement. Design philosophy is:

Ecological organic - the harmony between man and nature, and create a harmonious environment;

Cultural Heritage Jan - History remodeling, highlighting cultural characteristics;                             

Solemn and elegant - Multi fusion, highlighting the elegant and solemn.                                             

The core objective of the project is the organic integration of architecture and ecological, modern and traditional pavilions, the main and supporting efficient interaction of ecological, humanistic, composite green humanities community service center. The new Chinese project as the main design techniques, give full consideration to the characteristics of modern office, emphasizing contemporary minimalist facades.
